I, __________________, understand and acknowledge that my/my child’s participation in BRYHA / Blue Ridge Bobcat activities involves inherent risks and hazards, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and even death. In consideration for being allowed to participate in this activity, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless BRYHA, the Blue Ridge Bobcats, The APEX holding company, its officers, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney's fees) that I or my representatives may have as a result of my participation in the all BRYHA / Blue Ridge Bobcats activities.
I understand that this waiver and release of liability includes any claims based on the negligence, action, or inaction of BRYHA / Blue Ridge Bobcats and its representatives. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in BRYHA / Blue Ridge Bobcats activity, whether known or unknown.
I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this agreement, and I am voluntarily signing it of my own free will. Furthermore, I understand that this agreement/waiver will remain valid the duration of child(s) participation in the BRYHA / Blue Ridge Bobcats programing or until written withdrawal is presented.
